Editing … 1. Pour the milk in a salad bowl, let cool at room temperature. If the milk is in a cool place, you can heat it in a saucepan, but be careful not to exceed 25°C. In this case, control the temperature with a thermometer. But the easiest way is to let cool the milk for one or two hours at room temperature. 2. Take off the equivalent of half a glass of the milk and pour a sachet of lactic ferments and mix until the powder is dissolved. 3. Add to the rest of the milk, the half glass containing the lactic ferments. Leave it to stand for an hour and a half (still at room temperature) and cover the salad bowl with a clean cloth. This step aims to allow lactic ferments to grow while preparing the milk clotting and give eventually a firm curd palatable. 4. After this aging step, add the liquid rennet sachet and mix well with the milk. Cover it with the clean cloth and let stand until the setting. For a very firm cheese, and depending of, among other things, the quality and temperature of the milk, let it curd overnight, still at room temperature: the curd then has a gelatinous consistency firm enough. 5. With a knife, cut the curd: first cut in the length, shaping strips by about 3 cm. Then, in the width, still shaping strips by about 3 cm. We obtain cubes of about 3cm by 3cm. 6. Place the cheese mold in a dish, then using a ladle, carefully fill the mold with the curd to the brim. 7. Drain regularly and gently pressing the curd on top of the mold with a ladle or spoon. Then replace the curd to the brim as long as some remains in the bowl. Do not press too hard on the curd to not get it out through the holes in cheese molds. This can take two hours or more if the curd is very firm.

Editing … (rest of the comment) Other than that you can use ocr scanning to create screenshots and Google Translate on the PC in order to translate as a general approach. I think "Mobile OCR" is the best ocr scanner. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartmobilesoftware.mobileocrfree&hl=en
