The Wii only has a 729mhz processor and yet you need high-end hardware to properly enjoy these games on PC. The Wii U has a 1.24Ghz triple-core processor and an even more complicated architecture. Therefore it's a mircale that these games are already working so well on PC. The Wii U might be old and out of date in terms of hardware but emulating this hardware is a challenge. Otherwise we'd have a PS4 emulator by now.
