In France we have a website called Groupon, they sell all sorts of things, from trips to jewels, and also housing fournitures, sport outing, restaurants tickets, clothes, etc. What is interesting is that they sell the products in mass so they lower the prices. (For exemple, instead of 69€, you can buy a SWAROVSKI jewel for barely 14€). I don't know if you have any websites like this in Germany, maybe this could help you to find some ideas. I'm sorry for not being really helpful :/ , but I'm pretty sure if you can take some of your time and go out with her and do a cool activity, she'll be happy. :)
