A visually spectacular sci-fi adventure that wows in both it's sound and art design, I always had a soft spot for Spirit's Within. I am still amazed at how good the CGI is in this movie. Although the plot is a bit nonsensical, it still kept me entertained. And casting James Woods as General Hein was a great choice, as he provides a great deal of character to the role. In fact I would say the casting in general was excellent, as was the soundtrack. I still want to pick this up on Blu-Ray and I think I might rewatch it sometime this month. In the end, I think having the Final Fantasy name attached to it ended up hurting it more than it helped.......well, that and the 137,000,000$ budget :O :O Its just unfortunate that a film I hold in high regard is also one of the biggest reasons behind the restructuring and decline of one of my favourite game developers :'( I miss you Squaresoft :(

P.S Having a blooper reel in an animated film is always welcome, more films should do it :p
