Easily one of the best episodes of Sailor Moon. Toei pulled out all the stops for this one. They crammed a lot of excitement into this episode, but the pacing doesn't suffer. It's action-packed, dramatic and emotional, and just brilliantly written. They also brought out their very best artist for this episode, because the characters are beautifully drawn and animated. What keeps me from giving this a perfect score is the fact that, unlike in her final showdowns with Beryl and Wiseman, they don't actually show her fighting Pharaoh 90 after she disappears into the void, which is a serious missed opportunity. With all that happens in the episode, maybe they just didn't have time.
