No kill count, no leveling stats, no multiplayer, just a story with branching paths about kids struggling with the difficulties they face physically and emotionally. And that's enough, the emotions it evokes and the attachments we make to these characters is simply amazing. Spurred emotions in me and inspired me in many ways I never thought a video game could.
