I didn't follow its development and so had no expectations. Thus, I was not disappointed, and really enjoyed the adventure from cell to space faring race. The creation aspect is just amazing, I spent ages just making shit and seeing it live in the universe.
Bumping into other people's creations in the universe was so cool, and other creations are so inventive and crazy it was often jaw-dropping.
Only let down really by its shallow gameplay at the end of the day. I really enjoyed my first playthrough, and love my creature with its tophat, but if I were to replay i'm not sure it would be as good.
Still, Galactic Adventures breathed new life into the game. Good expansion.
