It's not as good as Sensei Seagulls first film. But only because the Seagalism has begun! The film is alright but it's like after his first film did good he's now this invincible killing machine who knows everything. The film is kinda good but watching his smug ass try to act is not a great experience. The action is alright but 2 films in and I'm sick of his hand/wrist lock. Is it the only move he knows? Oh, and his clothesline. He wristlocks a guy then clotheslines him. I know, I get it, you've shown me before.

6/10 it's entertaining in that 80s/90s way.
