The legendary edition is on sale on steam for a tenner so I picked it up. I *think* it's ME1, 2 and 3 with all the DLC but I dunno, I didn't check properly. It's a bargain if it is for that price, that's a whole lot of fun gaming for the cost of a beer in London.

Editing … It's ME1-3 with all DLC and minor graphics upgrades. I'm currently replaying ME1 via the Legendary Edition!

Editing … A bargain indeed, read about minor changes in the trilogy compared to separate games. Does the trilogy have controller support included? Had to install such like missing dlcs manually which was annoying.

Editing … I bought that back on release day a couple years back on PS4. Had a lot of fun with ME1 but fell off ME2. Just burnout, not a series to binge through. I'll go back eventually and play them though.

Editing … It would really bold of me to pick something up from the steam sales in advance of getting a steam deck so I have something to play when I get one. Like gambling almost. But if I wait and end up paying full price for every game that would be kind of embarrassing.

Editing … But I mean, it's on sale now, so let's say I buy x copies of the game up front so can give them away down the line. I don't know to who yet. People sell steam keys of games.. I have no idea how they do that but I guess that's something completely unrelated to gifting.

Editing … Ah yeah, you used to be able to keep gifts in your inventory, but not anymore. Maybe it created too much of a hassle when accounts got phished. Keys are generated on Steam by the developer, so they can sell the game through their own website or other storefronts like the Humble Store. Grey market keys, like on G2A or Kinguin, are resold by people who probably got them from another third-party store (but some people have alleged that some keys are stolen).
