This is still one of the best power pop albums that I've ever heard. I've never liked the Snow Patrol singer's voice, but the singles on this album became some of the most memorable ballads of the decade. I mean, I could whine about how the radio overplays "Chasing Cars," but "Run" is the masterpiece that made me think twice about criticizing these types of bands. Oh and "Chocolate" is just icing on the cake.
