Editing … I don't recall having anxiety for many years. Probably as a teen was the last time. Being a teenager sucks dick, you don't know shit and the world is moving too fast.

Editing … Anything specifically causing it or is it just a general sense of malaise?

Editing … Best guess I can come up with is that I am a massive introvert now living a life surrounded by people. I like my alone time. Like, A LOT. It's how I cope with the big ol' noisy world. But then I went and fell in love like a silly person and now I am a husband and step-parent. Then I had the bright idea to become a student, so now there is so little time in my week that I am not surrounded by other people. It's just taking a little while to adjust I reckon. I'm actually doing pretty good right now, but last year was ROUGH! Full-blown panic attacks, muscle spasms, hives, you name it. Really awful stuff. It's all my own doing, so I can't really complain. I just never realised to what an extent my alone time was a necessity and not just a desire.

Editing … Look for the positives always. You're adapting, and you're becoming more rounded, you can better deal with these situations now.

Editing … Yea, it's my usual issue of taking on too much all at once. It's a habit I'm trying to break.
