One of my favorite rap albums in the 2010s decade, probably because it doesn't try too hard to please anyone in particular. Astroworld almost feels like a trippy version of the amusement park that the album is named after. Like many rap epics, it trails on for way too long, but it sounds fresher than many other modern hip-hop efforts. It's pretty much about cool beats, mellow vibes and uh...guest rappers with weird names.
