For the record, I have no idea how Gene Hackman survived this movie. He pulled off an entire car chase with a subway train, getting himself into car crash accidents, dodging babies and somehow catching the dude at the end. There's a number of other reasons why this is one of my faves, but there's no possible way to replicate that pursuit.
