    How great is #Origin?
Well, back in 2013 I bought one of the very first Humble Bundles, the Origin one, not sure if you guys remember it. I downloaded it and put all my newly acquired games which included Populus, Battlefield 3 and Sims 3. I played a bit of Populus, but eventually uninstalled the software in favor of Steam, which I had a slowly growing library.
Today my GF was talking about buying Sims 3 because it was on sale on Steam. I told her that there was no need, I'd just give her the access to my Origin account. Then I returned to my Origin account to find out that all my games have been removed from it.
    How great.
I don't even have the proof of purchase anymore because it's a fucking 5 year old email.

Editing … wha. WHA? check with support. Origin has very good support, that's the only thing it has over Steam. Hell, there's a good chance they'll give you a free game randomly as well.

Editing … Card details are probably to see if they have any record of your purchases. If you never bought anything directly off Origin, I'd tell them that.

Editing … Me: Gives username and email. I also comment that whatever card I used back then would have expired but that I was pretty sure I didn't even associated it to Origin.

Editing … The repetition in text support chats often makes me feel as if they're using Safe Chat in an MMO. As if they communicate solely by going through menus.

Editing … tbh I'd try another support member, and spell out that the games were bought from Humble, that there's no card associated with the Origin account, and that games are missing. It's not in any account associated with either email though, right?

Editing … Your Humble account should have a record of all your purchases and redeemed keys. If you can't find any other proof of purchase it might be better than nothing.

Editing … Also the 2013 Humble Origin Bundle was definitely not "one of the very first Humble Bundles." There were like two dozen before it.
