Spoiler In my opinion, everything went too fast. Bruce Wayne is supposed to be dead and the next second he is not, he just lost his memory. Jim Gordon, instead of being a cop, becomes Batman, with a shiny new armor, a batmobile and tons of techs coming out of nowhere. And the 44th issue was a 30 pages mess and the kind of backstories I particularly don't like.

Jim Gordon is great in Batman's tights, but I already miss the old Bruce Wayne.
