Violet and Klaus are endearingly perfect. Everything the show does with the baby is impressive, except for the biting. The scope and variety of the sets and costumes and effects is impressive, though that claw in the first episode looked horrible. I really like Patrick Warburton as the narrarator, and the fact that he's a character in the story interests me. The quirkiness level is as high as Buffy and The Nightmare Before Christmas, which is nice. Like with the movie, I don't like this Olaf, usually when he's on screen I want it to get back to the kids. And Poe is so dreadfully incompetent that I want Violet to kick him in the balls, and not just cause I have a fetish for that. I get a laugh occasionally, but a lot of the humor is lame kids stuff. A very flawed show, but I like it all the same. I'm up for season 2 any time.

Editing … Funny, I found Violet and Klaus to be irritatingly perfect. They had zero character flaws (besides the acting ability? :p) and that ruined them for me. They never even developed.

Editing … I don't think they're supposed to develop. I was impressed by the acting considering all the long, technical things the kids had to say really fast.

Editing … It would be better if they did develop and weren't perfect Mary Sues tho
