For a while I was kinda enjoying it. It had a neat set up, some interesting themes, and well done effects. But it lost me. It was just so long, so same-y with repetitive visuals and music, and so talk-y. It so wanted me to care about this father and daughter that had no personality beyond smart. It had so many themes and plot twists that I felt like it was trying to be three movies. By the end, I didn't care if the human race died, I just wanted it to be over.
