I saw this with some friends from my Boy Scout troop. Good movie, but the beginning was pretty slow, and the ending was predictable. Also, I didn't like the Joker's design, it reminded me a bit too much of Dante from Devil May Cry (i.e. too "pretty").

Other than that, I liked it. The soundtrack was mostly classic rock, and therefore great. (Seeing everyone suit up to the tune of "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath was a highlight for me). I'm not into comics, but still a fun movie.
