    Saved!
I watched the Need for Speed movie last night while my Internet was down. It was kinda bad. Not all bad. Mostly bad. The first scene was the Riverwalk in my hometown, and I thought "that's so cool!" followed by the words "Mt Kisco, New York" then I thought "well, let's face it: if had taken place in the South, everyone would have had *really* terrible southern accents, and that just wouldn't have helped our cause." I think Imogen Poots was the best part of it; just her being there as a love interest made each grin-and-bare it scene with Aaron Paul more watchable. Paul acted like a someone with a mental disorder the whole time, avoiding eye contact for the most part and hanging his head. Overall nice action, BLAND acting, story was from NFS: The Run, its all just as shallow as a kid's swimming pool. It doesn't help the video game-based movie genre much if at all.
