    I've cut milk out for just a couple of days so far and I'm already noticing a difference. I'm far less bloated and have less wind.

      Editing … Milk can do that to you. You can always try soy or almond milk to see if you like it. Though more expensive, it's certainly more healty as well

    I changed two things recently and I now have a bloated pot belly. I haven't eaten crap or drank more or anything else.

    1. I started taking creatine.
    2. I started drinking milk.

    I know creatine draws in water but it goes into the muscles themselves, not the belly. I'm convinced it's the milk that's bloating me. I'll cut it out for a couple of weeks and see if the belly goes down.
