    I changed two things recently and I now have a bloated pot belly. I haven't eaten crap or drank more or anything else.

    1. I started taking creatine.
    2. I started drinking milk.

    I know creatine draws in water but it goes into the muscles themselves, not the belly. I'm convinced it's the milk that's bloating me. I'll cut it out for a couple of weeks and see if the belly goes down.
