    Saved!
This one is bursting with cameos and references to other comics, but is nonetheless enjoyable. Leading you through a series of loosely connected battles with the Rogue's gallery, this volume focuses on the apparent hopelessness of Batman's quest to clean up Gotham, with all the horrors he attempts to keep at bay returning to take more and more of a toll on the city. Batman's monologues throughout the issues show his attempts to stay true to his mission and not let his fear of failing Gotham prevent him from standing as it's protector.

    Saved!
This indicated volume is a hodgepodge of sublots from the New 52's #Batman comics. Conversely to the great #Batman, Vol. 1: The Court of Owls and the less positive #Batman: Detective Comics, Vol. 1: Faces of Death, the comic book doesn't focus on a dominant villain, but rather on many corrupted minds and mutilated faces from #Gotham City. Fluent but regretfully unvarnished.

Editing … Did you notice that in one panel of the dark Knight 000 there's a flashback where we see Bruce during his years at university, and he's in his dorm reading up on the history of Gotham and behind him there's a picture of a talon from the court of owls on his pin board? Dat foreshadowing
