Saved!SandvichEditing … The DCEU is so hit and miss with me, but Aquaman does the "Wildly stupid popcorn flick" thing very well. There's a whole lot of kitsch but it mostly works in the movie's favor, it's far more colorful than most superhero fare these days, the production design is absolutely superb, and if nothing else, DC is mostly much better on the action front than most superhero fare. And they through in some Sigur Ros, always a plus.
