Editing … They are too good musicians if that makes sense. I tend to like bands debut albums - The Arctic Monkeys, The View etc. When bands start out they have an energy about them. What they lack in ability they make up for. Once they get better I dislike their songs.

Editing … I'm going to step in and say that both of them are obviously poets. Paul McCartney is more talented, while the Arctic Monkey are far more vigorous. And A Day in the Life is their best song because it's by far their harmonically most interesting one. Or that's how I see it. I'm just a fuckface.

Editing … Well, it is an album made by a boyband in 1967, so maybe it can be excused for sounding old. My favorite is A Day in the Life, but it's probably not your cup of tea. And yeah, I was just saying that Sgt. Pepper (the song) isn't nice.

Editing … I like the original version of Twist and Shout, Lennons voice is breaking and it sounds great! The music is a bit faster too, and a bit more my thing. That's definitely my favourite beatles song. I don't know exactly what it is I like in music, it just has to get me that little feeling. You know that little excitement you get when the opening riff of sweet child o mine is played? I need that.
