I've beaten this four or five times, once with only one game over!

Metroid Prime is easily the best game Iv'e played, and is probably the essential GC release. A wonderful soundtrack (with the right system, it's flat-out unbelievable) and cool and creepy gameplay with a few shooter elements make this the best of its franchise.
