Polyphony couldn't release a game that uses all these brands without getting the appropriate licenses first, or otherwise they would've committed a crime. That's why Gran Turismo (and all the sequels) is a licensed game in my book. Third Crash, there are a ton of other racing games, sure, but I didn't get to edit those. I was busy editing sports games.
