Saved!Rich .Editing … I was thinking this list would be galaxies (Mass Effect, Star Wars, Star Trek etc), worlds (Narnia, the wizarding world) and regions (Middle Earth, Westeros). I think ranking a city should be ok if the fiction never explores beyond that city but other than that I'd say that's too much detail and I'd definitely say towns and castles don't belong in the same list as worlds, continents and galaxies.
