How a sequel expansion should be. Made the combat and controls slightly better, and presented a completely new and weird story (that's utterly brilliant and funny) that's really good fun.
Slightly easier than Freedom Force, but still maintained its isometric strategy necessities of pausing, planning, issuing commands etc.
It adds more heroes to the roster, many of which are fun to use and have good personalities, and expands upon the story from the first game too. The music was brilliant as well, and it maintained its cartoony graphical charm throughout.
