This language is so much fun to learn. Much more than french.

Editing … Me too. Duolingo is awesome for that. Una hamburguesa con queso, por favor. – Pero señor, este es un banco aquí! — Mi novia está demasiado cachonda para mí solo. Ella siempre usa dos consoladores.

Editing … I did some extra lessons with Google Translate too. My current favorite thing is imagining Gerard Butler in that famous 300 scene yelling "Qué día es el baile?" … I've watched that "300 scene in 22 languages" youtube video right around the same time. I may have mixed up the two things. What of it?

Editing … I struggled really bad at first because it's just structured differently to English. Random words would appear before the first word in English. And then there is the whole male/female thing that we don't have. But in the end when I got it I felt like I'd accomplished something.

Editing … Yeah, I can imagine that this must be difficult for an english speaker; that type of grammar doesn't exist. I think, compared to french and german, spanish is an easier language to learn how to do gender agreement. At least, the way Duolingo gradually teaches it to you. — I struggled a bit about ser vs. estar. Even with → that link it was hard to grasp … until I realized that estar is (usually) more for things that can or are likely to change within one day. That's how I explain it, at least. — https://blog.duolingo.com/ser-vs-estar/
