    Sure, Limp Bizkit was at the height of the rude, prude and purposefully obnoxious nu metal scene. They wouldn't have it any other way. It's a bit of a shame that the critics didn't "get it," because this was hard-hitting gold as far as I'm concerned. A lot of this album's singles, such as "My Generation" and "My Way" were empowering trash ballads for the teenagers at the time. It also didn't hurt that the House of Pain DJ Lethal threw in clever samples from Eric B. and Rakim. Even the kids who hated nu metal were at least banging their heads to "Rollin'."
