Editing … Arkham Knight is still a better way to spend your time than AC: Syndicate. Blech.

Editing … Arkham Knight's not bad by any means, it's just the worst Arkham game.

Editing … The Batmobile taking up a third of the game with tank battles and being shoehorned into all the puzzles and boss battles didn't bother you @Ed Kick? As much as I like the other Arkham games in Arkham Knight's case I'd say Witcher 3's in a whole different league.

Editing … I don't get the hate with the batmobile, but then I don't go for every collectible and riddler trophy nonsense.

Editing … I don't care either way about the Batmobile races you do for collectibles, they're optional so no worries. The annoying thing was that most of the puzzles and almost every boss battle had the Batmobile shoehorned in and that those tank battles aren't optional and get very repetitive.

Editing … The tank battles and the tank boss battles I definitely was not a fan of but I thought the rest of the game was fantastic. Something with Witcher 3 didn't quite click for me, something held it back from being in the top 25 or higher conversation. I thought a lot of the RPG elements were weak, like the skill tree, to my recollection was not a single interesting skill nor any skills that really changed anything or made me feel like I actually progressed. I didn't feel compelled to explore every nook and cranny like I do in many other RPG's I played it more similar to Red Dead were I basically rode straight from quest to quest. Just little things like that over the course of my 125ish hours held it back from being the perfect RPG for me personally.

Editing … What were you spending your ability points on? The alternate forms of your signs are incredibly useful, especially Igni and Quen. Acquired Tolerance is very useful, AND compels you to scour the land for every alchemy formula you can find. Whirl is just badass and hilarious, and it's extremely satisfying to stun an enemy and cut him down to nothing with Rend. Plus I liked all the little passive bonuses you got depending on what skill tree you invested in (Adrenaline Points, Stamina Regen and Potion duration) and how you get better bonuses from mutagens by structuring your skill choices intelligently.

Editing … I thought the skills you could unlock with the Witcher levelling system were fantastic. My only gripe was that it wasn't as simple as unlocking abilities, you had to place them in slots and could only have a limited number of abilities active at any one time.

Editing … I didn't mind there being limitations since it would have broken the difficulty curve to have all those dozens of skills activated at once. I did find a mere 12 slots a little limiting though, but Blood and Wine adding an extra 4 felt just right.

Editing … I think I'd have preferred them having even higher level enemies in late game areas and letting you use every ability you've unlocked but it's not a big deal either way. The Quen, Igni, Aard and fast combat abilities you can unlock in Witcher III added a lot to the gameplay for me, not sure why you didn't like it Ed.
