It is hard to weight out the influence of World of Warcraft, Doom, and Street Fighter II because while they are all influential they only really effect their genre. It is kind of which one you think had the biggest impact. I made my list as games I found most influential to the industry. If it was "Games that Influenced You" it would be a different story.

Making it something else would be like making a Favorite Beers list, deciding that beer doesn't deserve its own list, and replacing it with a Favorite Bears list (panda all the way). The people who wanted a Favorite Beers list will just be back to requesting one again.

Some people find Super Mario Bros. more influential than Pong, others find The Legend of Zelda more influential than GTAIII.
