Because Pokemon Shield won't run I started playing this out of boredom.

Is it just me. This game looks like utter shit. o.o The stages make my eyes bleed. Mario is such a horrendous character design. Who wants to play as this guy / whatever this thing is? Why are his clothes colored like that? It's like someone bled a ballpoint pen into his overalls. Everything is so oversaturated.

The dialogue font is also abysmally illegible which is something that bothered me about the game even back when it first came out. (No seriously why did they choose that font.)

It really makes me appreciate how much better the DS game looks. Back then I assumed the two games looked more of less similar but that's not true in the least. The DS game looked fantastic.

I should try to put graphics aside and focus on the gameplay but this game is kinda dare I say it bad? It's not doing anything special. The level objectives are just weird, the first one has you throwing King Bobomb around, but you can't throw him off the stage even though he's allowed to do the same to you. Whut.

I dug out my main Switch Lite, so I have four now.
Some things I noticed. I swear it is HEAVIER than my other Dialga Switch Lite. Maybe Nintendo did a soft revision to the Lite to make it lighter, without advertising it as a new model, like they did with og Switch v1 and v2. Or maybe it's incidental differences in production lines like how some New 3DSes randonly came installed with better screens.

Anyway.. the system won't let me start Pokemon Shield. Also, when I tried to move the game from SD to system memory, it said 2 hours remaining, which is.. well it's definitely not right. I think I may have a microSD card that's corrupted or became corrupted at some point but don't know for sure. I will need to google if there is a method of finding out.

So I decided to delete the game, which fortunately did not take two hours, and then redownload it. But Nintendo uses a "virtual game card" system now and redownloading it apparently means I wouldn't be able to play the game on my other Switch? That sucks. Unless maybe that's not how it works.. I should check.

I called my ISP about my internet and they sent a technician over to fix it. The same day. THE SAME DAY.

They needed access to the backyard tho which could only be done by going through the window. (The backyard is technically not our property) So that was a doozy.

But yeah, they fixed it. Neat huh? The system works! =P

I just restarted this phone and nowhere during the startup sequence does it mention the name of nor show the logo of any carrier. Only Samsung. There's no telling what carrier this phone is, I only assumed it's Boost mobile because that's what the ebay listing says, but chances are the seller never knew what carrier it was. Maybe he let ebay autocomplete the listing title and that's the only reason it had Boost mobile listed there.

At this point I should try inserting my sim card in it to see if it sill work. It's the only way to know.
All I need... is a sim card tool so WHERE DID I PUT IT

I just had a thought, maybe the reason my laptop feels so hot is bc the keyboard area is aluminum? On a plastic chassis it wouldn't warm up as much.

Also starting to think this is why an all-in-one is better. They presumably run just as hot but at least the heat isn't as close to you and is pointed away. You need to plug in your own keyboard but maybe this is a small price to pay?

But then again, the port situation would suck ass on an all-in-one, so nevermind. I guess it depends what you are using it for.

I bought this phone as a wifi device but I like it so mich that I'm considering putting my sim card in it. I never use my real phone.

But then I remembered the phone may not accept Verizon. x_x Since I bought it as a wifi device I didn't care about that. (Foresight much? ) According to my ebay purchase history, this phone was listed as Boost mobile. =(

The email has a link to a form, which I used to upload photos of my birth certificate, passport photo, social security card, wellcare card and "New York State benefit idendification card." This morning I get an email stating that was not good enough.

"Thanks for sending your information to help us verify your identity. Unfortunately, your documents couldn’t be used because they ."

That's it. The sentence abruptly ends like that. Then next line reads "To resolve this issue," and it just repeats everything from the previous emails.

I watched the trailer to some movie called Because of Winn Dixie. It's a family movie about a dog. Apparently Al Bundy is in it?? That's him right??

Anyway, afterwards I dreamt that it was our dog. He got lost on a ski slope so I set out to look for him. I entered the slope three times before finally finding him huddled in some enclave. The dog was noticed by anyone passing by, but they didn't know whose dog it was. I brought the dog to my mom. The dog was wet because icicle water was dripping on him while he was waiting there, which made me worry he may have gotten sick. But while petting him he seemed perfectly fine and energetic as always.
