SPOILERS, but I doubt you're actually going to want to see it.
Let me clarify why this is now in my Least Favorite Films list: It started as a test film on YouTube a few years ago with a first-person action sequence. I guess it was so well-received that they decided to go ahead and make it into a full film and include this scene verbatim. The entire thing works -- in theory. The camera work is excellent, the effects are very realistic, the action is bloody and up close, the humor is there to lighten the mood along with bits of story to push things forward, and you feel each hit Henry takes and each punch he gives.
What doesn't work is the total and absolute lack of backstory, the explanation of the sciences behind it, and the nonexistent epilogue. Its a movie that happens in a moment and doesn't concern itself with what happened before. Sharlto Copley's character is actually a paraplegic who uses mind-controlled clones of himself to guide Henry around. You don't find this out until about halfway through the movie and for the first half you're wondering how this guy is dying and reappearing in places. The antagonist has psychic powers. That's it. No explanation as to how he got them or what he's using them for.
I actually had to apologize to my friend as we left the theater. I didn't know it was going to be extremely gory and twisted in some places. Actually she didn't even want to talk about it anymore. The less said, the better.

I've seen it once, and now I never need to see it again. That's mostly what I have to say about this film.

This doesn't look disorientating at all. Can't wait to watch it so I can proceed to projectile vomit all over the place.
