It's too slow and not smooth enough. I'll play a little more to see if it changes as I get used to the controls but so far I don't see a reason why you would not just replay jsr or jsrf instead of this. I appreciate the attempt though. It does feel like they tried and care for the original.

I was like... "launch tra- wait, so.. it's out...? Like... right now? ... WHAT?!?"
