Horror Movie #14/101

A great atmospheric horror film about a mad scientist who creates monstrous beings by fusing humans with animals. It is surprisingly dark and violent at times, pre-code horror was some crazy shit. Dr. Moreau is suave as fuck in this film, defintively one of my favorite mad scientists in film. I find it amusing that Bela Lugosi accepted his minor role in this film because he was broke. You can tell that he is not entirely into it.
