I wasn't sure if I was gonna enjoy this or not. I think I picked it up in a humble bundle along with some other games. Turns out I was pleasantly surprised. Only played it for an hour so far, but It's been a blast :) Nice simple controls mean even button-mashers like me can pull of some pretty sweet-looking combos :P Not really sure that the story scenes are really necessary, but they give me time for my fingers to rest, so not all bad. Pretty rapid sense of progression, with new unlocks after every battle. Perhaps too fast, as it seems there isn't a tremendous amount of skills, but then I don't know how long the game is yet. Plus the ability to mix and match could shake things up a bit.

Pro-tip: Map that guard button to an easily reachable key/button, you're gonna need it ;)
