Electronic music was making leaps and bounds in the 1970s. Germany had Kraftwerk, Japan had YMO, and France had Jean-Michel Jarre, another pioneer of the genre whose influence shouldn't be forgotten. Oxygène and Équinoxe are both classic albums.
