Those kind of posts always remind me that maybe it wasn't such a bad idea to decide against wasting a couple of years on a useless college education after all.

  Editing … To be fair, OP and those like them are kind of entitled to whine. For many of us, our parents breathed down our necks and swore up and down that we would have a stable adult life if we just got a college degree. Now many of us are in debt and forced to accept jobs with wages too low to pay off said debt, and interest keeps building up (thankfully I am not in debt). Many of us can't find jobs at all.
