It seems to be much easier to be headhunted in this one. I won the Bundesliga and reached the semis of the Europa League with Mainz in 2016 and during the season break had LOADS of offers for job interviews. (Chelsea and Man Utd offered me a job but Jürgen Klopp left Dortmund for Man City, so I applied and got a job there, wahey.) Finding a new employer was a lot more arduous in previous FM instalments, so yeah, an improvement.
