Best show ever... and it actually ended well. So many TV series lose their steam or branch too wide to ever come back from, which is why I almost always wait until a series has been concluded before starting to watch (as I did with this one), but this show just built and built to an incredible finale, although I do think season 4 is the pinnacle of the show. I've never seen a series with such consistency in the quality of writing and character development throughout. A must watch, even if the setting/topic doesn't really interest you, because initially it certainly didn't pique my interest that much (I prefer shows set in much earlier times).
