After I finish Infinite Wealth, I am going to give the rest of the series a go. Many years ago I played about an hour of Yakuza 1 and not much more of Yakuza 3. I'm unsure which game to start with. It's a toss-up between Kiwami and Zero. I guess either would be fine, but I can't decide.

  Editing … Zero is the best in the series in my opinion. Kiwami is just a remake of 1 with Zero's assets, but only some of them, most notably Majima isn't playable in Kiwami. Kiwami is honestly a really lousy entry point for the series, which is ironic since it was made as a way for newer fans to experience the story that started it all.
