After 2 days of eating good food again I'm back to normal, feeling great and lots of energy. You are what you eat I guess. That's another successful experiment. Even though it was obvious what tbe results would be. I wonder if I could do it longer next time, do a whole week of eating shite.

One thing I learned in tbe last week or so is just how bad seed/vegetable oils are for you. I haven't used them in years anyway because they are processed rancid fats that cause inflammation. But I recently learned that they bind to your fat cells and it takes up to 6 full years for them to leave your body completely. And they're in everything that comes in a jar or packet.

I have a selection at home for frying, I usually use olive oil but I also have butter, ghee, beef tallow and coconut oil as a back up in case I run out of the others. I think just one little change such as binning off the seed oils for natural products could have a pretty big impact on the length/quality of your life.

Editing … I only have to lose another 4lbs btw and I'm back to fighting weight at nearly 47. I could legitimately take a fight in 6 weeks and make weight without dehydrating.

Editing … I'm personally not so religious on seed oils anymore because from my standpoint they are bad only in the abstract sense. Like I could wake up and feel groggy one day and think "was it the seed oils I consumed that one time? *shrugs* Possibly!" It's like chasing ghosts. By comparison there are foods that I notice are bad almost immediately. For example a few days I ate some takeout that turned out to have lemon juice in it (or some really thick lemon oil. Or lemon marinade? Seriously, what the fuck WAS it) and that made me want to kill myself, and I can actually still feel it in my system. Compared to that, it's hard to care about seed oils and I start to question why I ever thought it was so important to avoid seed oils other than because a yt video I saw once told me to.

Editing … Yeah it's not noticeable immediately, that's why the majority of people are now obese now I guess. Plus all those decades since the 7os of people being told animal fat causes heart disease. It's so ingrained in society that any new evidence like we've seen lately just gets dismissed by people.

Editing … You need to look at complete diets rather than concentrating on one thing though because everything in nature works together. For example you process 25% more protein from egg whites if you eat the yolk too. And carbs boost muscle growth rather than eating just protein. All these extreme diets on the internet aren't optimal. But a great diet is easy and anybody can do it with no knowledge of nutrition. Just eat an all natural balanced diet.
