I finally found a scratchless copy of Eels' epic double-CD album, "Blinking Lights and Other Revelations." I doubt that anyone still remembers the dude who sang "Novocaine for the Soul," but this is probably his most personal album to date. It's not nearly as packed with hits, but "Trouble With Dreams" was one of his best singles in the second half of his career.
