The way to win on this game is to keep your players happy. Yeah, we all know better players are better etc, but a squad of great players won't win if they're not happy. Do NOT rush the game. Analyse every players performance and praise them all when deserved, individually after the game if needs be. But be careful when criticising, some players can't take it, professional players will agree with you, try it once and see how they react, but be sure you're right. Tell your player why you substituted them every time, but be careful of unprofessional. Also tactics, watch the games! Is your winger fucking every cross? Full back caught out of position? You can't tell from the ratings if they get an assist or score by chance. Scout for talent too, however long it takes. I scout the fucking Uruguayan third division under 19s just in case.
