I read these books heavily around the time of my pre-adolescence. It helped that the digests and double digests were cheap and easily accessible from the grocery store, so I eventually collected over 100 of them, which I still own and which are mostly still in decent condition. Every once in awhile I impulse buy one at the rack out of nostalgia. I've been thinking of collected them again recently, buying up lots on ebay and just making my collection balloon quickly. I'd love to get all the main digests from like 1990-2010 if that were possible, plus some others, even though that would take time and a bunch of money.
