I love this show, but the writers must have been on crack when they wrote the second half of the series. It's as if they slapped in characters from the Read or Die manga, the Read or Dream manga and the OAV and tried to make some weird new set of messed up plot twists.

Also, Britain's library system is full of military thugs. At least according to this show. And yeah, that makes no f***ing sense, but just roll with it. I mean, this is a show where girls kill people with paper, so I guess anything goes.
