Alright, hold on. After 1 and a half hour of disembowelments, drill-based executions, literal storms of maggots, brain matters being removed from their correct locations, pissed off kittens, bleeding walls, dripping blood and walking corpses the film just ends with the surviving heroes screaming in terror as a happy and most likely harmless child runs towards them and the screen literally falls apart?

My only question is how it took me so damn long to discover Italian horror cinema..
