For a kid in the 90s, the linear story of the 1st-person point-&-click adventure "Ween" was pretty engaging, with its magical mythos and fancy characters. Proceeding linearly room by room, some puzzles are frustrating unless you're okay with experimenting, open-minded-ness towards Fantasy, and outside-of-the-box thinking - it doesn't help that objects occasionally change in size or name, though. And using inventory items with one another is tedious, also inconsistent: sometimes A only works with B but not vice versa - annoying! But no. The outbalancing great Plus of this game is the goddamn top-notch atmosphere, led by the really well-made music that grabs you right from the very first note. Thumbs-up, Charles Callet! d(-__- )
