Editing … Samurai Jack way down at #20? Tsk. How could you do that to the third best Western animated show of all time?

Editing … I loved it and all. I just can't really go back to it and enjoy it like I did when I was 10. Also, no way in hell is 20 "way down" on this particular list. :p

Editing … I actually think I like it more than I did when it first came on. I rewatched it last year and there were so many more references to film and mythology that I got for the first time, and I was able to more appreciate the art. Just an amazing show.

Editing … I guess it's a bit stoic for me now. I'm not as into primal stuff as when I was young and loved Hatchet and The Call of the Wild.

Editing … Did you ever read the sequel to Hatchet? The author wrote a "what if he wasn't rescued at the end" book called Brian's Winter. It was like fifteen years ago so I don't really remember much about it, but I think it was decent.

Editing … Yeah, I read all five books. I really liked Brian's Winter and The River. The last two I found just okay.

Editing … I didn't even know there were other books. I might have heard of The River at some point, but I don't think I read it. I remember Hatchet being quite good, though. I probably read it three or four times over a five year period in the late 90s-early 2000s. This was back when I reread stuff more often, though. Still, probably one of the better books I read back then.

Editing … Yeah I don't reread/rewatch/replay stuff nearly as much as when I was a kid. Back then I read the first Harry Potter book thirteen times, played Silent Hill like twenty times, and watched Aladdin who knows how many times.

Editing … Yeah, I've probably read the first Harry Potter book half a dozen times (and Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire even more), but I've only ever read Deathly Hallows all the way through once, despite it being my favorite of the books after 3 and 4. I'm sure I'll reread it (and all of the others) at some point, but it isn't a big priority and there are so many other things to read, so I have no idea when. I think part of it is because we have so much more access to new things than we did as kids.
